At the AGM every year, changes made to the Manual of Operations in the previous 12 months will be published and shared with the Members of the Society. While this document is a dynamic and iterative document that reflects the manner in which the Trustees decide to run the Society, it is subject to change and open to comments and feedback from the members across the month leading up to the AGM for feedback and comments by a written application to the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees, which, steered by the Chair, has ultimate responsibility for deciding what is written in the Manual and ensuring that it complies fully with the Society’s Articles of Agreement.
